A Note About the Privacy of Children Under 13
As the Sydney Mae Taylor Foundation’s primary mission is to provide support to children and families, we welcome younger visitors to explore our site under the supervision of their parents or guardians. As a charity, the majority of the Personal Information we receive will be used to process donations and registrations for our sponsored events. We will also use e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, and home addresses to respond to your comments or inquiries about our organization. The Sydney Mae Taylor Foundation will disclose personal information to unaffiliated third parties in the following circumstances:

During our various fund-raising events, we or photographers hired by us take photographs of the event and event participants. We do use these photographs in our promotional material, on the website and for other purposes related to the Foundation’s purpose. At the registration for each event, we provide a form by which participants may opt-out of the use of their image for such Foundation purposes.
